Donna has been a resident of Austin since 1974. She has been experiencing the growth of Austin before Mopac, 183 and the Pennybacker bridge were here and when your skipper pin was the ticket to live music on Town Lake. Her infatuation with the city has only evolved alongside the city itself. She loves passing on this knowledge and working with people new to Austin; it allows her to be a tour guide in her favorite city and to show buyers the corners of town that will fit them best.

Donna's passion for enriching lives through relationships is the foundation for her real estate business. Her skills have been honed by her prior experience managing retail centers and commercial warehouses, supervising multi-family apartment complexes, remodeling, and building new construction with the family business of Shoemaker Properties. She has successfully raised two young Texas college graduates who are now in new roles in the professional world.

Donna brings a wealth of knowledge about schools, neighborhoods, extracurricular activities, and all things Austin to her clients. She loves to help in any part of the real estate journey. Originally from Michigan, Kristen has now been in Austin nearly 15 years. Initially drawn to the people and the diversity of the town, her love of the city has only grown through the years. She loves the vast landscapes Austin offers and the endless opportunities they create. Part of what drew her into real estate was getting to know the different attributes across the town from the serenity of the lake to the energy of the city. She loves understanding the lifestyle of her clients and finding the perfect pocket to fit their needs. 

With extensive experience in residential home building, project managing renovations and interior design, moving into real estate was an easy and exciting transition. The exposure she got and relationships she formed positioned her perfectly to start working with clients directly. She loves that every scenario is different and gets to create a very customized approach with each of her clients. Her professional philosophy is based on building trust and authentic relationships to create not only the most successful real estate experience, but the most enjoyable one as well! 

Living in the music capital of the world fulfills her love for live music and community events. When she’s not with clients or working on her business, you’ll find her exploring new restaurants in town and hiking with her dog, Koda.

Sophee is uniquely positioned to support our agents in growing their businesses and delivering best-in-class service to our clients. She spent the last 12 years of her career building growth strategies and developing teams for Austin brands Camp Gladiator and Kendra Scott. Her background is in marketing and operations, most recently serving as Chief of Staff, working side-by-side with executives on company strategy.

She loves the outdoors, hiking, grabbing afternoon drinks, and having a quiet night at home with her family. She lives in Northwest Hills with her husband Johnny, daughter Presley, and two dogs, Trigger and Pepper.

Growing up in Victoria, TX, Alyssa started her real estate journey in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant and Marketing Director while she finished her Business Administration degree at UVH-Victoria. It was there she fell for the fast-paced environment and decided to make her way to Austin in 2021. She learned the ins and outs of Real Estate operations and solidified her  opportunity to assist sellers, buyers and investors alike in their real estate goals. 

Alyssa’s proactive and empathic nature is the driving force behind her passion in all things real estate and client care. She brings her unparalleled standard of customer service to the Tapp Group as she supports our clients throughout every event in the home buying process and beyond.

Alyssa enjoys walking her property with her German Shepherd/Husky Luna. She also enjoys reading and bird watching in the hammocks with her boyfriend. When she isn’t home, she finds any opportunity to watch live music, spend time with family or eat a nice meal at a new restaurant, usually with a Polariod camera in her hand.
