Since this was our first home, Alex started out by explaining the basics of the process and on our first few home visits pointed out specific things to look out for - what cracks are ok, what cracks are not, points about the foundation, roofing etc. We never felt pressured to buy and there were many home we looked at when Alex would say "no, this isn't the right home for you, we can find something better." He took the time at the beginning of the process to fully understand what we wanted in a home and he helped us stick to those guidelines instead of settling. In the end, we found a great home in a great location and we couldn't be happier with the house and our experience with Alex."

"There are so many positive things to say about Alex, that it's difficult to know where to start. Luckily, if you read through all the other positive reviews (which I encourage, as they are all accurate), many of the things I wanted to say have already been captured -- I wholeheartedly agree with what others have said 100%.I will add a couple of my own points: 1) Alex is extremely honest in his assessment of a property, and will actually share a strong opinion, which not all agents do -- if he had concerns (e.g. the house is overpriced, the remodel job looks poor), he wouldn't hesitate to point them out and advise me against a purchase. It felt like Alex genuinely had my interests at heart, and he was willing to continue to invest his own time and effort to find the best option for me, as opposed to pushing me towards a quick purchase. 2) I was continually impressed by how helpful and responsive Alex was. In my multiple months of working with him, I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 30 minutes for a response from him or his team. The responses were always thorough and often two steps ahead of whatever my initial question was. I don't know how this level of responsiveness is physically possible, as I'm sure he had other clients who he was being equally attentive too -- but it was amazing. 3) Lastly, not only is Alex amazing as an individual, but he also has a strong network of local partners. If you need a lender, property inspector, handyman, etc. Alex will have a good recommendation from you. I was impressed by the quality of the local partners he connected me with, and will definitely continue to weigh his recommendations heavily. All in all, I highly encourage working Alex. You can't go wrong."
